iCloudHome excessive CPU use on Windows

This is a renewal of https://discussions.apple.com/post/question?communityId=2877020 (because Apple closes them down).

This is related to log in through Remote Desktop into the Windows machine. iCloudHome starts when user logs in and once the terminal client is disconnected goes into a tight loop (verified through ProcMon) trying and failing to open the video display.

Workaround: log in directly on the machine and keep your session open (don't log out), RDP will connect to this session and there iCloudHome won't be tight-looping anymore. Of course don't log off through RDP or you will have to go through it again. Need to do monthly because of updates and because Apple won't fix this for some reason.
