Website does not load in Safari (16.6.1) on iMac Big Sur 11.7.10 but loads on the other apple devices.

The Website https://evisa.gov.az/ does not loading Safari (16.6.1) on iMac Big Sur 11.7.10 but loads on the other apple devices. My MacBook Pro has High Sierra which I believe is older OS compared to Big Sur. Hw/Why is the webpage loading in MacBook with older OS and not loading on iMac with a later OS.

Apple Care tried to resolve the issue, including with a screen share process but could not identify the cause of the problem on iMac.

Any leads / suggestions to look for a solution?
