As far as I can see Rings of Power works for season 1 but not for season 2.

If the issue is only occurring for Prime video, then it may be an issue with the specific app. Try force quitting, next step is to delete and reinstall. If it persists you will need to reach out to them to investigate, if it is only on certain titles make note of that to include when speaking with them.
