iPhone 6Plus display issue

Some time my iPhone 16Plus screen is flickering. It is hardware issue or software issue?

Too little information to say.

The title of your post says that you have an iPhone 6 Plus; the body says that you have an iPhone 16 Plus. If this is an iPhone 6 Plus, replacing it might make more sense than repairing it. If it is an iPhone 16 Plus, it should still be in warranty, and you might want to make an appointment to have it checked out by Apple or by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

So sorry for my too little information 🙏🏻 , My facing issue is on iPhone 16Plus, I am already checked out and diagnostics at Apple Authorized Service Provider. They say it is software issue, it not hardware, so no need to any replacement service for my device. Thank you for your advice.
