Why are my Favorite artists missing from my Apple Music Library?

I recently restored my iPhone XR from back up. When i checked the Music app my favourite band, Roxy Music, is missing from my artists list in my library. When I search for Roxy Music from the home screen in my library it displays all my Roxy Music albums and songs. Help!
