Recurring "Converting dragged items to EPS format" Dialog Box in Illustrator when using Screen Share

Recurring "Converting dragged items to EPS format" Dialog Box in Adobe Illustrator when using Screen Share in Sequoia. Remote Mac upgraded to Sequoia resulting in this infuriating issue that happens every time an object in Illustrator is moved/dragged. Depending on object being moved, it might result in a split second delay or completely disconnecting me from the remote Mac. I have updated personal Mac to Sequoia and problem persists. I have also updated to latest version of Illustrator. Other communities have been unable to find a fix and it appears to be a Mac issue. This needs to be resolved as it is seriously affecting my livelihood.

This is a very annoying issue and must be caused by the update to the Screen Sharing app in Sonoma. It is however still possible to downgrade the Mac Studio to Ventura, which is not affected by this. Not ideal, but better than putting up with this problem. To downgrade you need to (make a back up of your data) create a USB installer for Ventura > boot to recovery and wipe the storage > activate the Mac again > boot to the USB and install Ventura.
