How do I change the name of one of the devices in my Apple ID

Change the name on the device itself and it will change in your Apple Account. Sometimes you my need to restart the device after changing the name.
On an iPhone or iPad: Settings > General > About > Name.
On a Mac: Apple menu > System Settings > General > About > Name.
