Preview is crashing with Sequoia 15.1

When trying to print a file to pdf, Preview is crashing. If I hold shift when launching it each day, I can get it to work for the day, but as soon as I shut down/restart, I start again from the beginning.

I have tried to find com.apple.preview.plist to "kill" it and try again, but with Sequoia it is not there.
