A pre-ordered film has been disappeared from Apple TV

Last week, I preordered a film called For When You Get Lost. I paid $9.99 for it. It was supposed to be released on Friday, November 15. When I went to watch it on Friday, it was not searchable, nor was it in my purchased or "pre-ordered" in my account. I want to know where this film went and where my $9.99 is since I still need to receive my product. When will this film be up on AppleTV, and how can we make this happen quickly? Refreshing AppleTV doesn't work, accessing it on my laptop or one doesn't work, and after speaking with other people who also pre-ordered and wanted to watch the film, they also couldn't access it. Do you know if there is a phone number or email I can use to contact customer service at AppleTV?
