Home automation to airplay to speakers

I am not able to build automation which plays a playlist on my airplay speakers.

• hub apple tv 4k 2022 with ethernet
• speakers are multiple Sonos devices

I do not understand why is there even option to play pn speakers shet it is just not working no matter I do….

Only way I managed to make this work when my apple TV is in turned on state with the actual philips TV turned on. And then after starting my automation there was music comming out of speakers.

But I want to automate my morning routine, so after tur nin on light switch I need few lights to tur on and music start to play. I do not want to do it with shorcut on my phone ( I am able to do this, and it is working).

I would rather not turn on the TV. Well as I am trying hard I can not do this in home app either??? Is this that easy that I just can not see the option?
