Apple Music Sing is still wonky!! How do I get rid of it?

I know how to turn Apple Music Sing on or off. But even when I turn it off, it's never quite gone. All my music sounds wonky, like there it tons of reverb or delay on it or something. I may be wrong, but it seems to happen (or be most noticeable) in my car using an aux cord. It sounds so bad I think I'm going to cancel Apple Music. I used to love the way my car stereo sounded, but now I barely listen to it because of this nagging feature. I only noticed it when I upgraded my OS a couple months ago. Soooooo annoying.
