Movies purchased via iTunes not available on iPad Pro 11 3rd Gen 17.4.1

I bought roughly 20 movies some as far back as 2009, and while the TV app in my iPad shows all my TV shows, none of the movies are available.

I was able to connect my account to MoviesAnywhere and it shows all my movies, but once again they are not available in the TV app. In fact the sidebar doesn’t even show a link to a movies category all it has is Recent Purchases, TV Shows, and Genres.
