Accidentally renewed app subscription, cancelled right away but I keep getting billed.

I used to have YouTube premium and recently I accidentally renewed my subscription. I immediately canceled it, I can’t prove this. I did not pay for this, but I get billed for it multiple times a day and even though it gets declined I can not download another app until I update my payment method so that it can charge me the $18.99 for the renewed YouTube subscription. I’ve submitted multiple claims/reports on this and when I go to check the update on my claim status it doesn’t show my claim. Do I need to contact Apple or YouTube?

Once you cancel the subscription, it will not be renewed, but you will still need to pay for the subscription if you do not cancel before the renewal date. Your only option is to request a refund, but that can only happen after the charge has been processed and is not guaranteed. You will not be able to download/update apps if you currently owe any money.
