I have a spare NVMe drive and I was thinking of trying to make use of it an external hard drive like the one in this article.. Lemorele external hard drive enclosure just wondered if anyone else has tried anything similar and if it works ok on a MacBook with the M1 chip?

FWIW. There are a number of NVMe drive enclosures out there. I don't have this particular one. Instead I have one by Sabrent that I have used with a number of my devices ... PCs, Macs, & RPis ... that works very well.
Thanks Tesserax, Useful to know they work on mac. I'll have a look at Sabrent. They all seem quite similar. Handy to know they work on both PC & Mac.
