Sequoia 18.1 - SMB Access via Finder

Strange one here. Connecting to my office via SSL (OpenVPN).

MacBook Pro.

I select Finder, choose go to server, input smb://x.x.x.x/ShareName and nothing happens.

No prompts for a password, no errors, nothing.

However, in terminal, if I input:

"smb://user@domain.com@x.x.x.x/ShareName"

Then a prompt pops, I put my password in and share appears perfectly and I can access data.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Adrian.

From Finder....try it by excluding the share name. It is working for me. Then when you enter your credentials, you get a pop-up window showing the list of share names you can click on.

So instead of smb://x.x.x.x/ShareName

Try: smb://x.x.x.x/
