iMessage appearance when blocked.

Hi, if someone has an iPhone and blocks your number, when you try to send a message to them will it have “iMessage” shown on the field where you normally type in your message or it will have “Text Message” shown as if they have an Android phone?

Also when you search their contact to send them a message would their contact name appear blue as if they do have an iPhone or would it appear green like they have an Android phone?

Thank you very much.

BR,

Chris

Thank you for your answer, much appreciated.

I know an iPhone owner has me blocked but I wasn't able to see "iMessage" in the text field, I only had "Text Message" and when I was searching for the contact the color was always green.

For some reason the past 8 days the color suddenly became blue and I can also see "iMessage".

Now, if we presume that this person had the iMessage feature de-activated and has just activated it now, if I am currently blocked, why would I be able to see the difference? Shouldn't it remain the same for me as in green and as "Text Message"?

Thank you, much appreciated.

Chris
