Go to Gmail in a browser and use that interface until Apple does something about Mail. You can also do this on Yahoo
You can also try this
Remove your email fro Mail and re-enter it using Google as the option. Do the same for Yahoo
My normal email is Yahoo. I created a Gmail account hoping that would work, and it does the same thing. It won't upload any attachments. This is ridiculous. Is there a way I can go back to the previous OS system. Actually, that probably won't work either because Creative Cloud needed me to update to Sequoia for program updates. Ugh. There has to be a solution.
I don't understand the last part you asked me to try. Any step-by-step instructions?
