Please help remove some of my 180GB+ of 'other' storage from my MacBook

I have limited storage left to update my macOS and it is becuase 183GB of memory is being used by 'other'.

I have tried using OmniDiskSweeper but this only has access to 80GB of which most I would like to keep. How can I remove at least some of this massive amount so I am able to update macOS?

Thank you in advance!
