Power Beats Pro - Right ear bud disconnects - Model:MXYA2LL/A

The right ear bud battery drains after about an hour from a full charge and disconnects. I've tried resetting them, forgetting them, cleaning the contacts, etc. Nothing works. If I set it back in the cradle, it will immediately charge and allow me to reconnect. This is super annoying, cuz now I have to carry the case with me everywhere. I bought them in March 2022 and they're out of warranty, but this seems like something that should never happen.
