Siri suggests using "SequoiaTranslator" but nothing opens, does it exist?

When asking Siri to translate a word into English I got this message. Clicking the "open SequoiaTranslator" button produces no results.

A spotlight search turns up no "SequoiaTranslator" on macOS.

What is it? Does it exist? Should it?

Looks like a bug. In spite of the name, "SequoiaTranslator" appears to be an internal iOS app. For a few years now, macOS has been nothing but iOS ported to the Mac. It seems they forgot this little bit.
