Safari Reading List (Slow and Unavailable)

Hi, I have Macbook Pro (M1 Max) currently running Sequoia 15.1 with 64GB unified memory.

I got the macbook in 2022 Feb. From first day I had Safari slowness but I couldnt find anybody online having this issue. Also other icloud accounts on macbook seemed fine. So it seemed something specific to my account. One thing I suspected was that I had too many items on my reading list, like sometime I end up with 800 or 100 tabs across multiple windows. Then I always had performance issues and I always ended up adding all tabs to reading list to be able to close them and restart safari with better performance.

It is possible that I have over 100k links in reading list. Anyway, now my safari browser is slow even if i have 2 tabs open. Also, if I go to sidebar to click on 'Reading List', I get an indefinite spinning wheel and y browser never comes back and I end up killing it and restarting.

My question is, how do I get access to the reading list and any way i can just export it so I dont lose it?
