Prevent Excel temporary files from being sent via email

Hi There, When sending a simple excel spread sheet file via email it arrives to the client but it has another these extra 7 files attached to it that I can't seem to get rid of. Although when I look at the file these files don't appear.

Driving me & my clients crazy.
