When I try to view purchased music in the iTunes store, I get a spinner / error message.
When I try to view purchased music in the iTunes store, I either get a spinner (PC) or "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" (iPhone). Additionally, purchased music on my new phone is grayed out on a track-by-track basis while in the Store it shows as purchased. Is my account info corrupt? Is there a way for Apple to fix this?
