I purchased new AirPods from Walmart online. I received them. When we connected to iPhone they said Luis’s AirPods. I called Walmart customer service. They advised to return and would send me new ones. I received the second pair. We connected, once again they say Luis’s AirPods! Why?! These are supposed to be new in box!
