Apple account hacked

Apple account hacked and then people changed everything on account and they stolen 1000 from navy federal when i reported the fraud I got denyed getting my money back from the back. Apple will not help me get back in my account to be able to get the transaction

Apple is not responsible for fraud. For all they knew, it was you making the purchases. Apple sold the items in good faith. If you had a credit card that was charged for the purchases and you act promptly, you should discuss any compensation from your card company, not Apple.
