Can Apple Instant Discount be clubbed with 17% off for friends

Hai,

I would like to buy a macbook from apple site and my friend can get me 17% cashback on bill amount as per their employee discount scheme.

When i try to buy from apple site it was showing me a 10K instant discount for my credit card. If i buy and share the bill to my friend will it get rejected since already 10K instant discount was provided by apple ?

Instant cashback is not available to Business customers and is not applicable on purchases made from the Apple Store Online for Education or under a Corporate Employee Purchase Plan.

As per the terms and condition it was mentioned Corporate Employee Purchase Plan is not allowed. But i am not sure if its referring to 17% cashback which apple provides for friends and family. Can someone help here.
