When printing an email that contains an image from my MacBook Air to my HP Envy 6020e the image is replaced by a black square. Using to print dialog box to 'print' to a PDF document also produces a black square in place of the image in the PDF file. How can I resolve this problem? All software is up to date.

Are you using Apple's Preview app or Adobe Reader to view and print from? If you're using Adobe, make sure you have updated to their latest version.
Also, if using Adobe:
Choose File –> Print
• Click on Advanced
• Check the “Print as Image” box and click OK.
• Click the Print button

What I expect to happen is: select the email I want to print, press Command-P and select Print and for the email to print as it appears on print-preview. The image is visible the on print-preview but is a black square on the printed page. Photo of page shown.
