You’re welcome.

Yes, bank website. Banks do not share much transaction information with Apple. Apple only handles encrypted data during the transaction. Neither the merchant nor Apple have the key to decrypt the data. What you see in your Apple Wallet is what the your bank decrypts and sends to Apple Wallet.

Yes, Apple will generally work with local law enforcement and your bank to assist with investigations. The request will need to come from either entity.

Your bank will have the information regarding the transaction. Apple has only encrypted data and your bank has it in decrypted form. Your bank’s fraud department should have processes for contacting Apple.

The transaction will appear in the mobile app and your online account with the bank that issued the card. If the transaction does not appear in your transactions in the card, in your Wallet app, then transaction appears in the hackers Apple Wallet.

The Hacker entered the compromised card details into his iPhone and your bank verified his identity and added the card to his Apple Wallet. But again, your online account will have complete details.
