Apple TV shuts down suddenly

My setup is that I have connected the Apple TV through a Denon amplifier/reciver.

The amplifier/reciver have several other devices connected that works fine.

The Apple TV also works fine, but it can suddenly shut down and then I must press the "home" button on the remote to wake it up again, and then it will continue where it was before it did shut down.

So it seems like it`s going to some kind of sleep mode, but I cant find the reason.

I have 2 Apple TV`s and they both do the same thing, so I don`t think it`s something wrong with the Apple TV`s, but rather that the Apple TV are not communicating with the amplifier/reciver correctly somehow.

One of the Apple TV`s was brand new, right out of the box and it happend right after it was configured.

So resetting the Apple TV will not be a solution.

Does anyone had similar issue?
