Hi, I'm trying to download the free trial to my M1 Max MacBook Pro but I can't make it work. Any work arounds?
Many Thanks!

Are you running macOS 14.4 as it says in your profile? You may need to update the OS (I believe the latest Sonoma is something like 14.7). IIRC, FCP 11 requires at least Sonoma 14.6, or Sequoia.
If you can't or don't want to upgrade your macOS you can always download the FREE version of DaVinci Resolve which is just as capable as FCP and is not as fussy about the operating system.
