As for what the fix here might be — anything from nothing as the popup advert with “you have (3) viruses!” lied, or the “you pervert” email falsely claiming Pegasus use and naughty photos, or some other social engineering scam, to an actual and serious security breach unlikely as that might be — that depends greatly on what “hack” you are encountering.

First, try explaining what’s wrong. Your phone was not ‘hacked’.
