Music video added to apple music via MacBook not appearing on IOS?

I recently added a MP4 file onto apple music, however it is not appearing on any other IOS device? Sync library is on through my phone, though i am not sure if i need to turn this on with my Mac as well! If there is a fix, how can i go about it? Thanks!
