TV showing all subscriptions on iPad Pro but not MacBook Pro?

I have the latest MacBook Pro and the 5th Gen iPad Pro.

When I pull up TV on the iPad all my subscriptions show up on the left hand side. I subscribed through TV for all of those. I can also see them all on my iPhone

On my MacBook, however, when I open the TV app, the only thing that shows up is Paramount Plus. Why is this?

I am pretty tech savvy but no one seems to have an answer to this at all. It’s more convenient to be able to watch it on my Mac then my iPad when I am traveling since I am on my Mac far more often and it would allow me, on 1 night trips, to just carry one device vs both.

Attached is the screen shot of my iPad options…for the Mac the only one that appears is Paramount Plus. Is TV on MacBooks limited?
