My ethernet connected Apple TV is only getting 90mbps.

I have the newest Apple TV 4K. I can confirm that other devices connected to the same switch get 1GB speed, and wireless gets about 600mbps. When swapping switch ports between network devices the 100mbps speed follows the connection to the Apple TV while the other LAN connections show 1GB. What is going on? I tested the Apple TV Ethernet cable (CAT5e) with other network devices and I get 1GB speed but once I connect the cable to the Apple TV it drops to 100mbps?
