My Hulu & Disney + subscriptions are renewed monthly / annually through Apple.
I have a single Apple TV where inexplicably, these Apps have logged me out & keep asking me for credentials, which I don’t have due to the billing running through Apple.
I’ve tried deleting the Apps, Restarting & Full Reset of the Apple TV.

Have you checked if you might benefit from the Disney bundle, to get more for less?
You would then be paying to Disney directly, though.

For subscriptions with payment through Apple, and if you need to sign in again, then try finding the “Restore Purchases” option. That should reload the subscription properties through Apple.
If you subscribed to those services as Apple TV channels, you don’t use the application.
You go under them through the channel link on the Apple TV screen.
