Stolen phone can be seen on Find My but is not in my Devices on iCloud

My phone got stolen a few days ago. Initially I could see the phone in my Devices in iCloud and on Find My. However, on the following day after the theft, I received the message: "Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud via a web browser." and worried that my identity will be stolen too, I changed the password for my Apple account.

After that I stopped seeing my phone in Devices on iCloud. The insurance company refuse to approve my claim without a screenshot of the above. Please help!
