Is iOS 18.1.1 (22B91) legit?

I just updated to the latest software update and I see iOS 18.1.1 (22B91) which I haven’t seen before. What is 22B91? Is this correct? Also it took only like 5 minutes to update it when it turned off; and it restarted a few times which was odd to me. I have an iPhone 12.
