Embed the Structure in iBooks Author

1. Convert Structure to 3D File (if needed):

• .pdb or .mol files may need to be converted into Collada (.dae) or 3D PDF formats for use in iBooks Author. Use tools like:
  • • Open Babel (converts .pdb/.mol to .dae or other formats).
    • PyMOL (export as .dae).
• Adobe Acrobat (for 3D PDF).

1. Insert into iBooks Author:

  • Go to Insert > Widget > Media to embed your converted structure.
