Input Monitoring kill all output on track

Since I did the latest Logic update whenever I have the input monitoring "I" active on my track anything recorded on that track is now muted as in not heard. I do not remember this happening before. My software monitoring is on but if I toggle the "I" on and off the track goes from no output to output. Is this a setting that may have been changed in the update?
