problem with connecting beats to macbook

I bought my beats solo buds one month ago and now its having issues while im watching some youtube videos such that it only give sound from one bud but not both. This is a very annoying problem. In addition, i tried to disconnect and forget my device but right now i cannot connect my solo buds at all. what is all these problems i payed 80$ fo this?
