MacBook Pro 2019 activation issue with linked account

I have an issue i have purchased a macbook pro 2019 from market place and when i reset the macbook and erase data and when i turned on it asked me for the linked account when i entered mine it was keep saying that it’s not linked with your ones so what i have to do no because it’s not activating

What the previous owner should have done: What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support


The guidance above will properly prepare a Mac for ownership transfer, including releasing it from the previous owner's Apple Account (Apple ID). If not done, then the Mac cannot be associated with the new owner's Apple Account. There is no workaround for this.


You must contact the previous owner and have them reset the computer. If you cannot do that, then this Mac cannot be setup as you need it to be.
