HUD display is not working on HAVAL H6 Ultra with Apple Maps and Apple CarPlay.

Hi everyone,

I have a new 2024 Haval H6 Ultra. It has integrated HUD which is supposed to work with Apple Maps and Apple CarPlay. Basically the Metres and Kilometres show up, but the street name is always the street that the destination was set on (as in the physical location of the car), and the directions always show straight. Even when there is a turn. Always just pointing straight. I have swapped out the cables (yes it's wired), have used 4 different iPhone (15 pro max. 11 pro max, iPhone X and XS). I really cannot work it out. There are so few variables. I have spoken with apple who have not really helped yet. And the XS was someone else's iPhone. I thought that, perhaps, another account may help. Apple CarPlay works perfectly fine. No issues there at all.

Has anyone had similar issues with their car, and if so, was there a fix?

Does anyone have any ideas? I am completely stumped. Any suggestions.
