Restoring Safari Profiles and Tab Groups

I had 3 saved profiles on my MacBook's safari, all profiles had at least a couple of tab groups saved that contained all my relevant tabs I came back to regularly. Yesterday I got a storage warning on my iPhone and chose to sync my Safari to iCloud. It prompted me to sync and merge all safaris on my devices - I did not think I was going to lose information there. The thing is: by doing that all of my saved profiles on my Mac's Safari were lost, along with all the tab groups and saved tabs that were really important. I have been trying to recover the lost profiles with no success. I was able to recover a couple of tabs from history tracking, but there are multiple that were lost. Is there a way to recover my lost profiles and tabs? help x
