Apple Cash Cupertino

Why I just wake up and I look at my bank and it says that I send 99 to Cupertino. I didn’t even know they take my money without my permission and I want my money back. What should I do to get my money back.

Do you know the charge is for? Is it possibly for a subscription you forgot to cancel?

You can look for your subscriptions on your iPhone. If you’re not sure how, please review the steps in the Apple Support article I linked below.

Sending Apple Cash requires a Face ID, unless it’s a payment for a subscription service. If you didn’t authorize a payment using Face ID, and it’s not a subscription, that leaves the alternative that your Apple Cash card is compromised.

If you want to pursue the possibility of a subscription, once it’s canceled you may request a refund.

If you believe your Apple Cash is compromised, you need to contact an Apple Cash Specialist. Apple Cash is a service that’s administered by Green Dot Bank. Contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank by calling (877)-233-8552 or by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE, your call will be forwarded.

If you have Apple Cash linked to your bank account and purchased something using Apple Cash but did not have enough money in your Apple Cash account, it will pull the required funds from your bank account.

Did you recently make a purchase using Apple Cash?
