Need to Clean Up my Files
Some of my things are in folders, others in downloads, some under my user name help

Decide on a filing system that makes sense to you. Create folders as necessary. Move files into those folders.

Personally, I find that the fewer folders and subfolders I have, the easier it is for me to keep on top of things. Other people prefer multiple levels of nesting.
