I’ve added my card and apple also deducted the money from my account but still it says verify your payment information? Why? I can’t understand this!

Have you entered your card's security code? Typically 3 digits on the back.
I’ve entered everything and rechecked multiple times everything is correct and apple also deducted some charges as I put my card details and entered done but still after loading this page occurs
