How can I contact English Apple Support from another country regarding a missing delivery

Im in italy so only customer service I can access is in Italian. However I cant speak Italian and I need to find customer service in English. How?

A week ago I ordered an apple watch band from Apple and they never delivered.

I got emails saying that the delivery guy couldn't find me, but all emails, SMS messages, and everything else was in Italian, even though my language preferences were set to English in every part of the Apple device and website.

Then I translated the email, which said, "If you don't contact the delivery guy, your products will be returned." I said okay because there was no way the delivery guy was speaking in English, and we understood.

Then today, I got an SMS that says (in Italian) my orders are delivered. I checked the doorman's table but couldn't find anything. I also asked everybody in the apartment, but nobody knew.

To sum up

My order was never delivered
I got the wrong info from Apple
To check this when I call Apple, it's in Italian that I can't speak

Anybody to help?

Apple Stores frequently have English speaking staff and at least one manager. When I was a Store Manager we had at least one Spanish speaking team member at all times.

You cannot, I'm afraid. Apple's telephone numbers are regional, as are its support options. Nobody in an English speaking country could help you with an Italian purchase anyway.

Find a friend who speaks Italian, or go into a store. I don't know how it is in Italy but I know in stores in other places you may find a younger person who knows some English.

The people on this forum are just other users like yourself, sorry.

Indeed, that supports what I said, though I suspect it is more common in the USA to find that particular configuration. I remember the few times I visited Italy one had to really hunt to find a speaker of English, even in tourist areas. Still, I did suggest finding a younger person in a store who may have a different world view.
