Vendor denies receiving Payment

I sent money by way of Apple pay to a number that vendor provided. I received a "transaction complete" from Apple but the vendor says they never received payment. So I either send another payment to get my product or move on. I am paying double because the vendor denies payment yet I have proof of payment. What is my next course of action?
