iPad Air 4th gen repair estimate cost document

Hi. I recently cracked my iPad 4th generation screen. Apple care for my iPad is already expired, but because it happens during trip and I was in travel insurance, the repair cost may be covered. But in order to do that, I need official document of repair estimate cost. Do you have any idea how I can get? I tried call, website repair information page, but mine is kind of old model iPad, so I could not find the information. Appreciate your help.
