Mail app: When trying to 'Move' message from my inbox to a folder, I'm only given folder options from my *other* email account, not the one that's open.
Fully up to date on iOS updates. Here's my issue:
Context:
*Outside* of the Mail app, I have one of my Gmail accounts set up to automatically forward a copy of any incoming received emails to a separate email account that I monitor more actively (it's a Hotmail account.. yes, I'm a luddite. laugh if you wish).
Issue:
The problem is when I'm within my Hotmail account within the Mail app and I go to file away the autoforwarded copy of an email (where the original version was received first by my Gmail), it will not allow me to move the email to any of my Hotmail folders, even though I'm looking at the message within my Hotmail account. I'm only ever given the folder options within my Gmail account.
This shouldn't happen as it's the *copy* of the email that I'm looking at within my Hotmail. Within the Mail app, my Hotmail shouldn't know that my Gmail account exists, so the Gmail folders shouldn't be the options that come up from a filing perspective.
This only happens on emails that originated as new messages to my Gmail and were auto-forwarded to my Hotmail. Does not happen with completely new emails that I receive only within my Hotmail.
This was never an issue up until about maybe 4 months ago, and then something changed.
